At Archangel Life Coaching, we are a private-pay practice. This intentional choice allows us to offer truly personalized, confidential coaching without the restrictions or labels required by insurance companies. Your growth should never be defined by a diagnosis—or dictated by a third-party provider.
We believe in clear, straightforward pricing and flexible scheduling to support your journey. No surprise billing, no red tape—just one-on-one support that puts you in control. Just clear, simple pricing.

How Our Pricing Works
We understand—investing in your personal growth is a big decision. Here are answers to some common questions about pricing and private-pay coaching to help make things a little clearer.
We are a private-pay coaching practice, and we do not accept insurance. This helps us protect your privacy, avoid diagnostic labels, and give you full control over your coaching experience.
We accept the following payment methods:
Zelle (preferred), cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and HSA/FSA accounts (check with your provider to confirm coaching is eligible for reimbursement).
We occasionally offer discounted coaching packages, which can save you 10–25% off individual session rates. Follow us on Facebook for updates on special offers.
If you’re facing financial hardship and are already an established client, we’re happy to discuss flexible options.
We require you to provide us with a credit card at the time you book your appointment. You will ONLY be charged if you no show or cancel with less than 24 hr notice two or more times. This policy is in place because people make appointments and do not show up or forget to call and cancel. As you can imagine, this is very difficult for our coaches. The no show/late cancel charge is $50.00.
Private pay gives you greater privacy and full control over your care. Because we don’t bill insurance, no mental health diagnosis is required, and nothing is shared with your provider—protecting your personal records and your future. You can often use your HSA or FSA to get reimbursed for coaching sessions; just check with your plan for eligibility.
We do NOT accept insurance. We are private-pay only.
Why Private Pay?
Archangel Life Coaching is a boutique, private-pay practice—not a managed-care clinic. That means we’re free to focus entirely on you, not on insurance paperwork, diagnosis requirements, or third-party restrictions.
Choosing private pay gives you greater privacy and control over your personal growth journey. Because we don’t bill insurance, there’s no requirement for a mental health diagnosis and no external reporting that could affect things like government clearances, life insurance applications, or other sensitive processes that access your health records.
You may also be able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover your coaching sessions. These accounts let you use pre-tax funds to invest in your wellness—often with little to no paperwork.
